**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Associate to join our team in Bristol. As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, partnering arrangements, management buy-outs, buy-ins, business transfers, and PE & VC investments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice to clients on corporate transactions and matters.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Engage with diverse clients, including start-ups, high-growth companies, and large corporations.
  • Handle complex and high-value corporate transactions.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • 4-5 years PQE within a Corporate team at a well respected law firm.
