We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As an Inside Sales / Telesales professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the machine tool and industrial equipment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
