A leading regional business and award-winning waste and recycling company is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join their team.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established and reputable business that provides bespoke solutions for industrial cleaning requirements. With extensive client accounts in the region, they offer a range of services that cater to the needs of various industries.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a team player with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
