About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kerry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder groups within one or more customers, achieving sales budget and targets, and ensuring all price and commercial agreements are aligned with Kerry strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Provide expert knowledge of customers, their competitors, and the market to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning to ensure accurate sales forecasts and business planning.
  • Develop and maintain customer business plans to drive sales, profit, and brand objectives.
  • Negotiate and deliver targeted customer trade rates for all activities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and work closely with Demand Planning to ensure business planning is aligned with sales performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the food industry and its trends.
  • Third-level degree qualification in a relevant field.
