Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Wynne Consulting. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding our customer base in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
