We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our client's expansion into the UK pharmacy market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and engage with multi-site pharmacy customers in your designated territory
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy owners and managers
  • Provide regular pipeline management and sales performance updates
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including self-generated leads

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the pharmacy, primary care, or hospital sector
  • Strong understanding of the UK pharmacy market and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and target-oriented

What We Offer:

A competitive basic salary of £40,000, with a host of ancillary benefits, including incentives, pension, and healthcare. OTE is £65,000 in year one.
