Experienced Pharmacist Manager

About the Role:
Jhoots Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy structure, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality dispensing and patient-centered clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with GPs, health professionals, and customers to ensure the correct and safe supply of medicines to the public.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality dispensing and patient-centered clinical services, including Flu Jab, Pharmacy First Services, and Minor Ailments.
- Work legally and ethically to ensure the correct and safe supply of medicines to the public.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
