About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our client's expansion into the UK pharmacy market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with multi-site pharmacy customers in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive business growth in the pharmacy sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmacy industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including self-generated leads
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A proven track record in sales, preferably in the pharmacy, primary care, or hospital sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong business acumen and analytical skills

What We Offer:

A competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000, with a host of ancillary benefits, including incentives, pension, and healthcare. OTE is £65,000 - £70,000 in year one.
