Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client's outsourced sales programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our global vendor footprint to monitor and improve performance through weekly business reviews.
- Provide weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on programme, market, and regional performance.
- Project manage tasks raised by vendors, ensuring effective prioritisation and providing regular status updates.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment and leverage your influencing skills to help vendors exceed operational goals.
- Gather advertiser feedback and share it with the team, contributing to customer-centric guidance and programme recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales, ideally in the tech industry.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry, with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional groups to achieve meaningful results.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organised.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical and process management skills, with a high attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
Our client offers remote work flexibility, with a pay rate of 45.67 per hour. This is a 6-month position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
