Job Title: Business Development Manager

At ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and selling a range of Physiotherapy and Orthopedic Medical Equipment Products and Devices into the NHS, Private & Secondary Care within the geographical area of your choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase awareness and use of company's products among healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff.
  • Exceed sales targets by regularly monitoring business plans and providing feedback to Line Management.
  • Effectively monitor competitor activity and adapt strategy to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage and update the CRM System to track sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 10 years of medical devices sales experience.
  • Experience of selling into the NHS, highly advantageous.
  • Ability to converse from mid to c-suite level.
  • Good understanding of geographical territories.
