Job Title: Head of Sales(Central Government)

Join BMS Tech Sales as a key player in driving sales growth within the Central Government and public sector.


The Role:


  • Lead a team of public sector sales specialists and account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.
  • Captivate customers and partners with compelling presentations, effectively communicating unique value proposition and solutions.
  • Work seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience selling services in the central government, ideally within the IT solutions and services domain.
  • Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.
  • Strong understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.


Package - Base of up to £120k, up to Double OTE - flexible depending on the experience
