Job Title: Head of Sales(Central Government)

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of our IT services business within the Central Government and public sector. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building enduring relationships with key clients.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners, effectively communicating our unique value proposition and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling services in the central government, ideally within the IT solutions and services domain.
  • Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.
  • Strong understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Package:

A competitive salary of up to £120k, with the potential for double OTE, depending on experience.
