We are looking for a charming and thoughtful individualwith a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Front of House Manager. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract.

As a Front of House Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of Front Office (including hotel Duty Managers), Concierge and on property responsibilities for Reservations and Groups departments, working with all Heads of Department (HOD).
  • Ensure that the Front Office Team offers a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their needs, travel purposes, plans, etc
  • Leadthe weekly operations team meeting with the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters per department, guestfeedback and action taken for service recovery, VIP arrivals, Group arrivals and any event planning
  • Assessingand reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process, as well at results. Responsible for coordinating the responding to guest complaints and all online reviews as per ReviewPro and ECMS
  • Workclosely with the Hotel GM and Finance with regards to annual budgets, forecasting and ongoing planning for the hotel
  • Take initiative in accommodating the customers needs in a resourceful manner
  • Ensure questions are answered and complaints are managed, seeking advice from senior management as necessary
  • Ensure best practice at all times and put forward ideas to management as to how standards, processes and procedures can be maintained and improved


The successful Front of House Managerwould have:

  • At least two years spent as senior manager (FOHM, Rooms Divisions or Operations Manager) in a four star hotel or above or serviced apartment hotel / residence
  • Excellent team leading and guest engagement skills
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
  • Ability to work with IT systems and PMS
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different expectations
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
