Claims Support Specialist

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, regular updates and obtain satisfactory feedback surveys on this basis
- Negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties to deliver the best outcome for our clients
- Develop relationships with insurers and relevant third parties
- Assist the Claims Manager with information for presentations, case studies and management meetings
- Liaise with the marketing team to promote our claims service
- Respond to general claims queries from clients and insurers
- Able to work 20-25 hours / week (0.6 FTE) (Mon-Fri 9:30-2:30)
- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing relationships with customers, insurers and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Working towards or prepared to study for CII exams.
- Active and working knowledge of FCA compliance preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook and databases.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Base salary of £32k pro rated + commission
