We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Support Specialist to join our team at Give a Grad a Go. As a Claims Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, negotiating with insurers and third parties, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring regular updates and satisfactory feedback surveys.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties to deliver the best outcome for our clients.
- Relationship Development: Develop relationships with insurers and relevant third parties to foster strong partnerships.
- Support and Liaison: Assist the Claims Manager with information for presentations, case studies, and management meetings, and liaise with the marketing team to promote our claims service.
- Claims Queries: Respond to general claims queries from clients and insurers.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in managing relationships with customers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- CII Exams: Working towards or prepared to study for CII exams.
- FCA Compliance: Active and working knowledge of FCA compliance.
- Microsoft Office: Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook, and databases.
- UK Residency: Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Salary: Base salary of £32k pro rated + commission.
