This role will be in their Facilities team by providing administrative support to the wider office. It’s a diverse role that will keep you engaged and challenged.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for record management, including archiving and retrieving files and documents from storage and scanning of correspondence files before destruction
  • Providing support to the wider office by processing mail, copying and scanning
  • Daily completion of various other administration tasks as required by the business

Required skills:

  • Can-do attitude and happy to work as part of a busy team
  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Present a professional image and demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Salary:

£21,840 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
