Role Overview: Facilities Support Technician

In the role of Facilities Support Technician, you will engage in the routine upkeep of the property. Responsibilities may include painting, securing or reattaching items to walls, maintaining doors (handles, fire closures, etc.), rearranging furniture, basic plumbing tasks, and addressing minor drainage issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, have prior experience in a maintenance capacity, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities. You should be capable of collaborating within a team or working independently.
