Healthcare Facilities Assistant | Spire Healthcare | Competitive Salary

Spire Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Assistant to contribute to the overall safety and security of our healthcare environment on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport and guide patients throughout the facility in a compassionate and professional manner. Manage the collection and delivery of both clean and soiled linen. Handle the collection and disposal of domestic and clinical waste, including recycling, following appropriate training. Support the general security of the healthcare premises and surrounding areas. Organize furniture and equipment as needed. Perform reception and switchboard duties when required. Foster positive working relationships and effective communication within the team and across the organization. Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and preparing medical records, as necessary. Execute any other responsibilities that reasonably align with the nature and level of this position.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills and professional presentation are crucial. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A valid, clean driving license is required.
