We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedGroups, Conference and Events Executiveto join our Conference & Events team.
This position will ensure all confirmed bookings and client requirements are met from the enquiry date through to the close of billing. To actively promote the property through good customer service and selling and to ensure the return on business is high.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hotel policies, People & Culture guidelines, and the company code of conduct.
Manage and convert group booking enquiries, responding promptly to calls, emails, and third-party requests, and coordinating with key team members to propose the best offers.
Respond to enquiries within four hours, conduct follow-up sales calls, arrange site visits, and maintain proactive communication with clients to confirm bookings and group logistics.
Plan group logistics in collaboration with clients, ensure timely deposit invoices, distribute group information to departments, and maintain detailed records in Opera and Delphi systems.
Deliver a five-star service to all guests, cross-sell opportunities for increased revenue, participate in team meetings to enhance service quality, and uphold hotel health, safety, and appearance standards.
