Do you want to work for a brilliant business who provide world leading services? We are working with a brilliant and growing business based in the Crawley area who are seeking an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a Permanent basis.

In this role you will be a key member of the Finance team, tasked with supporting the accurate and timely process of the Purchase Ledger. This will be a varied role but day to day could include:

  • PO creating and matching
  • Invoice query management
  • Setting up new vendors
  • Monthly payment runs
  • Supplier payments
  • Reconciliation
  • Some petty cash management
  • Other accounts admin duties to support the running of the ledger

In this exciting role you will have the chance to be involved in the whole purchase ledger cycle as well as get the chance to be involved in other areas of the Finance team, giving you a brilliantly varied day

We are looking for someone with:

  • Prior experience in an end-to-end Accounts payable role
  • Good IT skills
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Highly accurate
  • Any additional language would be advantageous but not essential
  • A collaborative worker with a team player attitude
