**Job Title: Payroll & Finance Administrator**

**Location: Gatwick Airport/Hybrid-working**

**Responsible to: Chief Financial Officer**

**Hours: Part time role (hours flexible & TBC)**

**About the role**

Main Duties - Payroll & Pensions
- Validation of monthly payroll information submission from Operations as produced by ‘Harri’.
- Checking of all data, employee information, starters / leavers adjustments etc., prior to submission to external payroll bureau.
- Maintenance of the employee database for changes in standard hours, salaries, personal information, and pension contributions.
- Liaison with Operations & HR on any payroll queries.
- Production of monthly information for pension provider.
- Initial project to transition from current pension provider to NEST.
- Work with Operations to ensure Harri HR reporting and base information remains accurate.

Main Duties - Finance
- Provide support to the Assistant Group Financial Controller with:

- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of employee expense claims
- Collation of Company Credit card receipts
- Provide support to the Purchase Ledger Clerk with:

- Processing of supplier invoices at peak times in the month / to aid month end close.
- Provide cover for holidays to generally keep on top of purchase ledger queries / processing of supplier invoices.
- Assist with collation of supplier pay runs.

**Ideal previous experience**
- Successfully worked on pension auto enrolment / transition from one pension provider to another
- Managed payroll for a similar sized Company, c100 members of staff over 3 separate payrolls.
- Some experience of general accounting / purchase ledger - further training will be provided as required.
- Previous relevant experience within a hospitality company would be beneficial.
