HR AdministratorURGENTLY required for an immediate start to work within the Pay, Terms and Conditions team in Holywell Hospital Antrim. This team is responsible for processing the paperwork for staff members leaving, new starts, any change in contracts and staff members moving positions. The rate of pay for this post will be £11.67 per hour and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This temporary position is set to last until March 2025 with a strong possibility of extension. The main job duties of this post will be: Assisting with the administration of paperwork, filing, database handling etc. Answer telephone and email enquiries and work the helpdesk when needed. Assist in any paperwork regarding staff changes and typing up reports. Deal with requests for information and provide as appropriate. What We Needs From You Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
