Due to success and continued growth, our market leading, award winning, local Client, based in Antrim, wishes to recruit a new, permanent, **part time HR Administrator (16 hours per week).**

This is a new addition to the already existing, well established HR team.

The successful part time HR Administrator will enjoy a busy team environment where there is fantastic flexibility, a great work life balance and hybrid working.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the part time HR Administrator will support all areas of the HR function, particularly in relation to recruitment, onboarding, health & wellbeing and learning and development

This is a truly diverse HR Administration role, offering a competitive salary and a very flexible approach to the working pattern for the 16 hour working week.

**The Role**
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Become an expert on the HRIS and recruitment systems, ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Prepare monthly payroll transactions
- Prepare contracts of employment
- Create monthly reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Deliver induction presentations and other training as required
- Assist with the on-boarding of new hires
- Administration of pension, employee benefits, engagement and wellbeing schemes
- Coordination of learning & development activities
- Any other duties as required

**The Person**
- 3rd level qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years + relevant, HR or Recruitment administration experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage a busy workload
- Flexible and proactive working attitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent IT skills
