**Working closely with the HR Manager and within the wider HR team you will be providing administrative support across the function.**

**Duties will include**:

- Provide admin support for recruitment and onboarding including liaising with agencies
- Application processing
- Lettes of offer, regret and all associated admin
- Co-ordinate and arrange training courses as requested ensuring training records are maintained
- Process employee/contractual changes
- Maintain adequate HR records, both electronic and paper-based files as appropriate.

**What we are looking for**
- Administrative experience gained within a busy setting, ideally within HR or related
- Strong IT skills
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
