Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to work closely with the HR Manager and Global Mobility department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company-wide compliance by regularly auditing internal processes and ensuring all visa and immigration documents are accurate and compliant with local laws.

Areas of Responsibility
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Global Mobility teams to support smooth business operations.
• Compliance Auditing: Regularly audit internal processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compliance Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records for legal, regulatory, and policy compliance.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide updates to stakeholders and prepare reports on compliance activities.
• Document Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all visa and immigration documents are accurate and compliant with local laws.
• Employee Support: Serve as a contact for employees on visa and immigration inquiries.
• End-to-End Application Coordination: Manage application processes for work permits, visas, and related documents, ensuring timely updates.
• Visa Process Management: Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications.

Essential Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a compliance-like role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
