**HR Advisor required to cover maternity leave for approximately 12 months for a leading manufacturers based in Antrim.**

**Duties will include**:

- Support the HR Manager and management team with employee relations and welfare issues.
- Assist in devising and delivering a training and development strategy throughout the business.
- Manage the leaver process ensuring appropriate paperwork and arrangements are in place.
- Advise employees and managers on terms & conditions and HR issues.
- Contribute to the development and revision of new policies and procedures.
- Maintain adequate HR records & contribute to monthly reports as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of CIPD Level 5
- At least 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role ideally within a construction, manufacturing or similar environment.
- Knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practice

**Salary: up to £34,000 (DOE)**
