Working within the dedicated HR team you will be tasked with developing strong working relationships with managers, stakeholders and staff to ensure a best in class working platform. **Excited? Read on**

**Duties will include;**
- Independently and confidently manage employee relations matters
- Providing advice and guidance across business units
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Support managers in the implementation of performance management processes
- Create and deliver training materials
- Advise on performance improvement plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

**What we are looking for**
- HR related degree or CIPD Level 5 with 1 years + experience in an HR role
- Demonstrable experience in advising and supporting management on employment matters
- Sound level of employee relations experience
- Ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
