HR Documentation Specialist

**Job Title:** HR Documentation Specialist
The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced HR Documentation Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining employment documentation for clients, ensuring compliance with Employment Law.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- To create client documentation based on the needs of the client and relevant policies and procedures.
- To review existing documentation, checking for Employment Law breaches, typographical errors, and grammatical errors, and correct these.
- Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting new documents, and addressing queries as necessary.
- To provide a client-focused approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience at all times.
- To engage clients in continuous documentation management, ensuring acceptance and issuance to staff, and understanding the importance of employee relations.
- To guide clients through their online portal.
- Liaise with Digital Field Consultants and address queries as needed.
- Manage own workload using task lists.
- Ensure deadlines and KPI/SLA/targets are met.
- Maintain work quality according to criteria and instructions.
- To stay updated on products and services to drive referrals and engagement with other services, aiding retention.
- To record work via computerized systems, using log processes, work logs on Advice, SharePoint, and Successflow systems.
- Verify client details using the computerized database.
- Attend team meetings, as required, including mornings/evenings and weekend conferences/development/training days.
- Maintain a tidy workspace.
- To complete E-learning sessions as required.
- Assist with training for new starters.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of Employment Law.
- Excellent written English.
- Word processing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Prioritization and deadline management.
- Professional communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Organizational skills.
- Information presentation accuracy.
- Interpersonal skills.
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
