Job Overview
Award-winning multinational HR & Employment Law services client seeks an experienced HR Documentation Specialist to create, update, maintain and review employment documentation. The successful candidate will work within a busy, fast-paced position within Employment Consultancy Services and have a good understanding of Employment Legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create client documentation based on the needs of the client and the suitability of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Review existing documentation for terms that breach Employment Law and typographical/grammatical errors, correcting these as necessary.
  • Liaise with clients over the phone, drafting new documents and dealing with queries as appropriate.
  • Provide a client-focused and personalised approach, building relationships and enhancing the client experience at all times.
  • Focus on continuous engagement of clients with the documentation provided, ensuring it has been accepted and issued to staff and the client understands its importance in managing employee relations.
  • Guide clients through their online client portal.
  • Liaise with Digital Field Consultants and deal with queries as necessary.
  • Manage workload working from task lists and ensure deadlines and KPIs/SLAs/targets are met.
  • Ensure work is in line with quality criteria/instructions in place.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong word processing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent and professional communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to present information accurately.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
