About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Serve as a business partner to senior executives, providing strategic guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a senior HR role within a fast-paced industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in talent management, culture development, and HR policy creation.
  • Possession of CIPD Level 5 (Associate) or higher qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

What You'll Get: A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
