About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our clients and driving the success of our business.

- Spearhead recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless journey from candidate sourcing to onboarding.">
- Act as the go-to expert for employee relations and welfare, providing valuable guidance to both our team members and management.">
- Dive into training and development initiatives, shaping and delivering strategies that empower our workforce.">
- Take charge of the leaver process, ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are handled with precision and care.">
- Offer expert advice on terms & conditions and HR issues, helping to keep the team on track and informed.">
- Play a key role in refining policies and procedures, drawing on your insights and expertise.">
- Keep HR records organized and assist with monthly reporting tasks as needed.">
Requirements:
">We are looking for a candidate who is CIPD qualified or working towards, with a strong understanding of NI employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is a plus. We need someone proactive, adaptable, and cool under pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a talent for problem-solving.
