Job role: Payroll Administrator  

Location:  Bournemouth

Pay: £12.50 - £13.00ph (DOE)

REED are recruiting on behalf of an SEN school in Bournemouth for a Payroll Administrator on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in the education sector, work with a friendly team on a temp to perm contract as payroll administrator in Ringwood.

As a payroll administratoryour duties will include:

  • You will be required to work full time in the office, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 on a temp to perm contract. (12 weeks)
  • Inputting timesheet data twice a month.
  • Assisting with payroll month end for salaried and hourly staff.
  • Rota calculations, cross checking reports, processing salary adjustments, looking after payroll queries, organising and communication deadlines for timesheets.
  • Dealing with petty cash.
  • Looking at any invoices.
  • Reception support where required.

You will need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a payroll administrator.
  • Strong MS skills/knowledge.
  • Customer service/reception skills.
  • Experience/exposure to payroll.
