Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at TC Group Careers. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll and benefits administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and benefits transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll and benefits-related matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
