Curtiss-Wright is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our HR team as an HR Administrator (Apprentice position). This role offers a rewarding career in Human Resources, with opportunities for growth and development.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide support to the HR team, responding to HR queries and updating HR systems. They will also be responsible for managing employee changes, supporting new hire and onboarding processes, and maintaining HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to HR queries and updating HR systems.
- Manage employee changes, including updating HR records and communicating with employees and managers.
- Support new hire and onboarding processes, including preparing welcome packs and conducting inductions.
- Maintain HR processes and procedures, including updating policies and procedures manuals.
- Assist with HR projects, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 5 or above (including Maths and English Language).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
