HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving forward strategic HR initiatives and partnering with key divisional leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide HR guidance and support on key business initiatives
  • Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives to ensure business needs are met
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee experience and retention
  • Provide coaching and advising to senior leaders on HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
  • CIPD Level 7
  • Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
  • Experience of strategic HR & OD including Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders
What We Offer:
  • 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
  • PAYE £ / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
  • Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
