Job Title: Account HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key divisional leadership teams to drive forward strategic HR initiatives
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top talent
  • Provide senior HR support to business leaders on organizational design, culture, and performance management
  • Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives to improve retention and productivity
Requirements:
  • Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
  • CIPD Level 7
  • Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organizations
  • Experience of strategic HR & OD including engagement, org design, workforce planning, senior recruitment, coaching / advising senior leaders
What We Offer:
  • 6 months contract working via Hays time sheets
  • PAYE £ / Umbrella £39-49 per hour
  • Minimum 3 days on site in Bournemouth
