Job Title: HR Business Partner

Grade: G

Salary: £39,186 - £42,403 per annum (pay award pending) (rising by annual increments to £42,403).

Our organization is passionate about changing and saving lives. As a HR Business Partner, you will be pivotal to helping deliver our people strategy. You will work closely with managers and colleagues across your assigned business areas to provide proactive and people-focused HR support and advice that drives performance.

The role has a significant travel requirement across the Service area, with regular travel to various locations. You will be based at Service Headquarters (Salisbury) with the flexibility to work from home, DWFRS Stations, or Support Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and people-focused HR support and advice to managers and colleagues.
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues across assigned business areas to deliver our people strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive performance and engagement.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
