Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, post, and emails
- Validating complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Coordinating customer care technicians, suppliers, and engineers to resolve issues and schedule appointments.
- Ensuring work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Updating and maintaining records
- Bringing persistent faults to the attention of your Manager
- Categorising works effectively to minimise costs.
- Developing an understanding of the Reporting Process and assisting with defect logging when required.
- Processing reports
- Attending necessary meetings to support job performance.
- Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
