About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Manage and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the store manager in their absence
