Quality Inspection Team Leader Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of precision component and engineering solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspection Team Leader to oversee the Quality Inspection unit. This role involves supervising Quality Inspectors and ensuring the workflow throughout the department runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Quality Inspectors in their daily tasks, including operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other metrology tools.
  • Train and develop Quality Inspectors to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Interpret engineering drawings for inspection purposes and ensure that all inspections are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Identify and resolve inspection-related issues, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable: CMM programming skills, particularly with Aberlink software.
