About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Administrator to join our team at Health and Care Management Ltd. As an Operational Support Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our business, including customer-focused support and working closely with case managers.

This is a varied and flexible role, with a wide range of duties to be covered within the scope of the job. You will be responsible for processing incoming communications, scanning and directing them to the relevant person, and conducting reception duties and administration for our clinic in Worcester.

Key responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing invoices, resolving any queries, managing reimbursements, and organizing office supplies. You will also be responsible for providing administration support for the case management and health surveillance teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in an administrative role, be proficient in Microsoft Office software, and have excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming communications, scanning and directing them to the relevant person
  • Conduct reception duties and administration for our clinic in Worcester
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices, resolving any queries
  • Manage reimbursements, organizing office supplies
  • Provide administration support for the case management and health surveillance teams
  • Deal with general business enquiries, directing them as appropriate
  • Chase clinical information in a timely manner, demonstrating professionalism while being assertive
