We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to lead and manage relationships with key strategic partners such as Motorola, Toshiba, Vodafone, Thales, Leonardo, BAE, Raytheon, KPMG, Deloitte, Moog, and more.


Role Overview:

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a critical role in nurturing and growing high-profile partnerships, ensuring mutual success, and aligning them with our company’s long-term strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing key partner relationships, driving joint business development opportunities, and delivering value to both our organisation and our partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, nurture, and grow relationships with strategic partners including Motorola, Toshiba, Vodafone, Thales, Leonardo, BAE, Raytheon, KPMG, Deloitte, Moog, and others.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and collaborative initiatives.
  • Identify and maximize new opportunities for business development through existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align partner activities with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all partner-related activities, resolving any issues and driving forward initiatives.
  • Report regularly on partnership performance, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-profile partnerships, ideally with experience handling partners such as Motorola, Toshiba, Vodafone, Thales, Leonardo, BAE, Raytheon, KPMG, Deloitte, and Moog.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to drive joint business strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to build trust and drive results.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
