Claims Recruitment Services is proud to bring this excellent job opportunity to the market with our client, a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate, Insurer & Reinsurer which prides itself on its truly global capability, enviable reputation, training, work/life balance, and career progression opportunities.
Working within the Group Claims function, the role will focus on leading the claims fraud and recovery operations across the group, helping to develop and implement a robust strategy to combat fraud through both the identification and investigation of high risk claims, and deter fraudsters from targeting the company in the first place.
The successful candidate will need to be skilled at analysing information and identifying new sources of insight to help profile claims, thinking creatively and critically, and interacting with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
The key duties for the role are as follows:
Fraud
- Working with the Global Claims Leadership Team, as well as other key stakeholders, to implement an effective fraud strategy that minimises the risk of leakage.
- Driving alignment across big ticket and retail business units through process improvements and technology outcomes.
- Implementing the necessary governance and controls.
