About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims and Fraud Handler to join our team at Marshmallow. As a Claims and Fraud Handler, you will play a critical role in helping us build an exceptional insurance brand that caters to the unique needs of newcomers to the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Claims Handling: You will be responsible for handling claims in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  2. Fraud Detection and Prevention: You will work closely with our team to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, protecting our customers and the integrity of our business.
  3. Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our claims handling and fraud prevention processes.
