Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Claims and Fraud Handler to join our team. As a Claims and Fraud Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving claims, identifying and preventing fraud, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and prevent fraud by analyzing data and conducting thorough investigations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service
