Claims Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Business Manager to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our Third Party Arrangements (TPA) supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor adherence to best practice guides and contractual operational standards.
- Review financial data and work with suppliers to ensure improvement opportunities are addressed.
- Lead and manage specific claims initiatives, including tracking and analysis of management information.
- Understand and respond to business results, market, technical, and legal challenges.
- Work with the Audit function to provide assurance over TPA performance.
- Make recommendations to Heads of function and Claims Assurance for optimal contract terms.
- Track management information and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the performance of TPA contracts.
- Hold review meetings with TPA supply chain partners to hold them accountable for contractual commitments.
- Work with the supplier audit function to provide adequate assurance over supplier performance.
- Experience in a similar TPA Claims role is required.
- Candidates from a Motor Insurance background are preferred, although TPA experience in other areas will also be considered.
- An articulate and numerate individual with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
