Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client's market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls, ensuring they are aware of the full range of products
- Booking appointments for external Business Development Managers
- Scheduling presentations
- Following up on new enquiries
- Managing follow-up actions from Business Development Manager appointments
- Tracking projects from early stages through to completion
- Maintaining a clean and up to date CRM database
- Weekly KPIS to be met
Essential Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management
