THE ROLE

Accounts Payable Assistant (Temp 3 to 6 months) - Glasgow

Based within the internal finance department of AAB, the key duties of the roles are:
Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for a number of AAB companiesEnsuring that invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company proceduresAdmin & processing of corporate credit card statementsAllocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runsDealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner

Experience and skill set required for the role:
Experience in a high volume environment is essentialProficient in data entry and good attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesProficient in the use of IT & Financial systemsExperience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous.
