This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AccountsPayable Assistant to join a dynamic team and progress their career.Responsibilities:
- Processing of all invoices for Europe and the US
- Generation and processing of both weekly and monthly payment runs
- Monthly & weekly Accounts payable reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Deal with supplier queries
- Resolve all invoice queries
- Chase for credits for all material debit memos
- Check and process all Barclaycard expenses, cash expenses and petty cash
- Ad hoc finance work
Skills required:
- Accounts payable experience would be preferred
- Sage experience would be an advantage
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong team player
- High levels of attention to detail
