Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Glasgow City Centre. This is a full-time permanent position that offers an attractive salary, early finish on Fridays, and a generous benefits package.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase to pay transactions, including matching, processing, and paying invoices.
  • Review and process expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Perform weekly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Process payments in various currencies and review credit card claims.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies in accounts payable transactions.
  • Contribute to month-end tasks and weekly system reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Previous accounts payable experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other accounting systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
